We tailored a unique strategy for Jac Caduex. Firstly we recognised while her website was pretty, it lacked key fundamentals that drive a high conversion rate. We built her the dream site, with all of the latest Shopify features seen across all the best fashion brands in Australia.

Once the website was ready, we knuckled down and analysed her Meta ads performance, there was a clear content winner - influencer try-on videos. Claudia was working with 1-2 influencers per month, who created 30 second-2 minute long videos spruiking her French fashion products. We implemented a wide variety of these ads into her account and saw immediate success. 

We now had the website & the winning ads formula, it was time for the next step. We sat down with Claudia to go over her financial stats to create an understanding of how much profit she was actually making before we started scaling. With our internal calculator we were able to determine her breakeven ROAS’s (return on ad spend) goal and her goal CPA (cost per acquisition) Luckily we were achieving well above these benchmarks already with our current Meta ads strategy. 

Time to scale… 

We incrementally scaled the Meta ads budgets, the next month she did her biggest month ever and achieved 253% YOY Growth.

At this time we also helped overhaul her emails took, migrating them from Mailchimp to Klaviyo and started implementing high quality, on-brand email flows, that now generate up to 30% of her monthly revenue at any given time.

We saw extreme growth over this 6 month period, we were locking Claudia in for even more growth during her upcoming 2024 winter collection, after the winter 2023 was such a success.

The next step in this strategy was to implement Google ads. Hesitant to make this leap, Claudia trusted us to try Google again as she had previously not seen success in it. We amended her product titles to be keyword-friendly, ensured her Shopify product data information was accurate and tracking was set up perfectly, we then set up two performance max campaigns. The same day the campaigns started, she saw sales. Within 2 weeks her Google ads were out-performing our hugely successful meta ads with a $20 CPA. We have now scaled her Google budgets too. 

Over this time, Claudia has also been managing her own Pinterest organic and paid advertising, delivered outstanding new products & customer service, created engaging instagram & tiktok posts, as well as sent out 1 email campaign every single week. 

Jac Caduex has witnessed a transformative growth trajectory.
